The DEWALT DWP849X polisher combines a powerful 1,250 W motor with variable-speed control for precise finishing. Its rubber-overmoulded gear casing supports durability, while the pressure-sensitive trigger enables smooth speed adjustment. Replaceable wool ingestion shields help protect the bonnet material. The polisher includes a 180 mm hook-and-loop backing pad, 180 mm wool bonnet, bail side handle and horizontal side handle. It accepts 150 mm and 180 mm pads and features a 14 mm spindle thread. The no-volt release switch helps prevent the tool from restarting if it is reconnected while switched on. Oscillating speed is 0-600/3,500/min, and tool weight is 3 kg.
